Description
Graduate education at BSU has been in existence since the 1940s, but the number of programs and graduate students continue to grow, as do challenges to meeting the educational needs and providing high quality education to our graduate student body. This roundtable presentation will include faculty from departments and colleges across the University and will highlight the challenges that faculty and graduate programs face in delivering quality graduate education. Faculty presenters will discuss the unique ways and methods that they have pursued to better meet the needs of their individual student body. The roundtable will also highlight the importance of graduate education for the entire campus community and how the presence of graduate education helps to meet the institution’s goals. We will engage with attendees in discussing resources that support graduate education and what we would like to see in the future of graduate education at BSU.
