Virtual Commons - Bridgewater State University

Academic centers are important entities that support the mission and goals of the university. Their many objectives include: enhancing the conduct of faculty and student research and scholarship, supporting the instructional programs of the university through external funding and outreach, enhancing the university's ability to obtain external funding, and providing for and coordinating public service programs. By supporting the scholarly and service interests of the faculty, librarians, staff, and students of Bridgewater, centers make significant contributions at the local, regional and/or national levels.
