Description

The Mission of the Faculty Advocacy Network (FAN) is to provide one-on-one collaborative and group support to Bridgewater State University faculty at all phases of their careers. Through networking and partnerships, FAN offers faculty guidance and practical assistance with short-term and long-term goal setting and balancing teaching, research, and service with personal life. In this panel discussion the FAN director and three FAN participants will briefly provide an overview of FAN and their personal mentor/mentee experiences. Participants are encouraged to ask questions concerning the program and share their ideas for further program development.
