Description

In the past year, a group of faculty at BSU have been meeting to discuss American Studies in the academy and its role in our university. We've tackled a range of questions: How has the field changed since its inception in the Post WWII era? What can American Studies contribute to broader conversations about globalization and transnationalism taking place at Bridgewater and the wider community? How might American Studies best contribute to academic life at BSU? This roundtable will bring together a number of faculty from different disciplines to discuss the changing role of American Studies on campus and beyond.
