Description
Following a session on regional food at the 2006 CART Celebration, we began work on a documentary film with the working title “Local is the New Organic”. We envision a production suitable for public-access cable television that would help a broad audience understand the importance of connecting directly with food producers in the region. The project has an added benefit of documenting some of the varied ways in which food is used across the curriculum at Bridgewater State College. In this session, we will show the film as a work in progress and will actively seek the input of our colleagues as we plan the final production.
