Description
After many years of development and implementation, the Core Curriculum is now the required general education program for Bridgewater State College students. Since we have now completed the first academic year of the Core Curriculum, this CART session will begin with a review of reasons the Core was developed, the goals of the Core and an explanation of what has been done to support the implementation of the Core. In addition, several challenges for the future of the Core will be explored. This session will also serve as an open forum for questions and concerns about the Core. Audience members are encouraged to bring their ideas about possible future improvements to the Core Curriculum.
