Abstract
Building upon the examination of research documents from the period 1893 to 1944 in a previous article, this article seeks to provide an examination of the range of definitions of international education utilized in the period 1944-69. The research works of Brickman, Kandel, Kenworthy, Scanlon and Leach are examined in detail, along with an expanding range of research undertaken by UNESCO and the growing practice of international education as seen in the rising number of international schools.
