Description
The BSU fraternity, Kappa Delta Phi, has had a strong connection to the Bridgewater State football program. The original Alpha chapter of the fraternity was founded by Bridgewater students in 1900, many of whom played football, along with other sports. This paper, written by Michael Hughes, class of 1965, puts both the fraternity's early years and the early years of football on campus into historical context.
