Abstract
For students to function effectively in a global work environment they must develop the cognitive abilities, attitudes, and behavioral skills that are essential for success in a global workforce. Core to this mission is the formation of a “global mindset.” The Global Organizational Behavior (OB) Project is a team project designed to increase students’ intellectual, psychological, and social capital that composes such a global mindset. We present the details of Global OB Project including a review of comparison learning, the learning objectives and outcomes of the project, and a summary of student feedback. Suggestions for implementing the project are provided.
