Author Biography

Selin Taftaf is a Ph.D. Student at the Department of Sociology and a Research Assistant in the Department of Business Administration at Middle East Technical University. She obtained her BA degree in International Relations from Bilkent University in 2015, and her MBA degree from Middle East Technical University in 2018. Her research interests are mainly sociology of work, the gendered construal of work and leadership practices, and social policy.
