This session will illustrate how easy it is to integrate video conferencing (using a free web-based application, Skype™) and web-based collaborate tools (such as Google Docs) to create collaborative learning experiences and ultimately build students capacity to participate in virtual teams. Instructional design principles will be discussed and examples of activities will be shared.
