Postcard of the north end of Bridgewater Central Square. To the left is the Bridgewater Inn. To the right is the Central Square Market, owned by A.I. Simmons. The market was the town’s leading meat market; the delivery wagon is in front. The postcard, published by Souther-Mears Co., Boston, Mass. and printed in Germany, dates from around 1900.
