Note on the Author
Rory O'Connor (she/her) is a 2025 graduate of BSU who majored in Criminal Justice. Her research was completed over the course of a two-semester directed study from September 2024 to April 2025 under the mentorship of Dr. Richard Wright (Department of Criminal Justice). Rory is a student in the early admissions Criminal Justice graduate program at BSU. Following the completion of her master’s degree, Rory hopes to pursue a Ph.D. and become a criminal justice professor or work for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
