Note on the Author
Hannah Murphy is a 2025 graduate of Bridgewater State University. Against the advice of family, friends, and medical professionals, she double-majored in political science and English, with minors in philosophy and PPE (philosophy, politics, and economics). Her research was completed under the guidance of Dr. Elizabeth Veisz in her English senior seminar "The British Gothic Story." Her immediate plans after departing BSU remain a mystery to herself and others, but until she is visited by a ghostly apparition that bestows upon her a prophecy and/or curse, she is seeking a position as an editorial assistant. She eventually hopes to continue her study of politics and literature at the graduate level.
