Note on the Author

Anne Wargo is a graduate student at Bridgewater State University. She has a BA from the University of Mary-land in psychology and is currently teaching physical education and health at the Duxbury Middle School in Duxbury, Massachusetts. Her experiences with both psychology and physical education have significantly contributed to the writing of this manuscript.
