Summary
William J. Sweeney, U.S. Army, 24th Infantry Division, NATO Expedition Force.
William Sweeney was in Germany & Laos during the Vietnam War. He sustained a spinal cord injury and spent many months in Chelsea Naval Hospital. He spoke about the conditions and his experience at Chelsea Naval Hospital.
