Summary
David Vacchi, U.S. Army, Lieutenant Colonel, 3rd battalion, 16th Field Artillery, second brigade, fourth infantry.
David Vacchi served in Baghdad, Taji, Husseinia, and Kikurk. His experience is different from others in that he was a colonel and had more control over his operations. He spoke about making connections with the native people of the country and respecting their culture.
