Summary
Robert Nolan – Served in H Company, 3rd Battalion, 7th Regiment, First Marine Division; 2nd Battalion, 2nd Regiment. Injured during tour of duty in Korea, receiving Purple Heart. Second tour of duty was served in Subic Bay, Philippines; Capetown, South Africa; Mombasa, Kenya; Madagascar. Active in effort to build monument honoring Korean War veterans in Massachusetts.
