Description
For the past decade, my teaching, scholarship, and outreach efforts have revolved around the geography of coffee. With the generous support of an FLRG, I was able to begin learning about the other major diffused beverage, by purchasing teas and equipment and by visiting the only working tea farm in the United States. This presentation begins with a brief description of my coffee-related teaching and then describes the dimensions that have been added by my preliminary encounters with tea. Tea tasting provided!
