Over the past several years alternative BSC winter and spring break trips, and ongoing local service activities have taken place. The students are often chosen randomly, and yet often the group dynamics are positive and lasting friendships are formed in a short period of time. This presentation explores the factors that contribute to forming a cohesive, productive, and happy group of college students.
