Note on the Author
During the period from February 25–March 11, 2002 a scientific survey of Massachusetts citizens was conducted by a research group which included Professor Victor DeSantis of the Institute of Regional Development and Professors Michael Kryzanek, Brendan Burke, David Hill (now of Valdosta State University) and Mark Kemper, all of the Political Science Department of Bridgewater State College.
