Interviewed by Ellen Dubinsky at the John Joseph Moakley Center for Technological Applications, Bridgewater State University, Bridgewater, Massachusetts on Friday, October 21, 2011.

The interview covers the beginnings of the varsity football program at Bridgewater State College in the fall of 1960 under the direction of Coach Edward Swenson. The subjects detail their experiences as football players in those first four seasons, reminiscing about many of their fellow athletes, specific games played, their training and practice experiences, the cheerleading squad, and the reception of the Bridgewater campus community to the football program. The subjects also relate some of their memorable experiences as Bridgewater State College students in the early 1960s.
