Description

In this session, three advocates of international education share their diverse experiences as leaders of study tours to Belize, India, and Nicaragua in January 2009. Each professor will describe the learning objectives of the study tours and highlights of the learning experience. Each will then share observations about how to prepare for such work with students and the rewards and challenges of traveling with students far beyond their comfort zones.
