Abstract
The object of the game Smart Cookies is to solve the logic puzzles by placing the 9 cookies on a 3 x 3 grid in a way that respects all given clues. As players advance through the sections in the puzzle book, new logic concepts are gradually introduced. Players learn these new concepts and gain confidence in applying deductive reasoning. Encourage young players to progress at their own pace while minimizing direct adult intervention. As players progress through the gradually evolving levels of deductive logic, they develop and strengthen their reasoning skills and verbal expression.
