Description
James Hayes-Bohanan will lead a hands-on workshop on the uses of YouTube in classroom and online instruction. This will be a more detailed follow-up of material that was introduced in the EdTech Day Commencement. Workshop hands-on activities will include the creation of playlists and channels (not the production of videos) and ways of referencing these in web sites and courseware. Depending on participant interest, educational uses of other social-networking sites will be demonstrated, including Yelp!, Flickr, and Facebook.
